Personalized support with Kimberly Erickson, Advanced Provider
Kimberly Erickson is a Holistic Trauma Coach based in Deer River, Minnesota, where she lives on a small farm. Her personal journey of self-discovery and healing has inspired her dedication to helping others find balance, authenticity, and alignment in their lives.
After adopting two children from foster care in 2019, Kimberly developed a deep understanding of how chronic stress and early experiences shape both biology and relationships. Influenced by Bessel van der Kolk’s The Body Keeps the Score, she immersed herself in studying the nervous system, attachment, and trauma—discovering the profound healing power of body awareness and nervous system regulation.
Kimberly specializes in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Attachment Therapy, developmental trauma, adoption, and parenting. She supports individuals who feel overwhelmed by life or disconnected from their bodies, helping them build awareness and gently explore stuck places through somatic and parts work, grounded in the biology of trauma.
As a Biology of Trauma® Professional – Mastery Level (In Training), Kimberly brings a compassionate, science-informed approach that fosters safety, curiosity, and growth. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their body’s wisdom, nurture self-compassion, and cultivate resilience for lasting healing.
