Talk therapy primarily works with the mind—processing stories and building insight. This is valuable, but trauma is also stored in the nervous system and biology. That is why you can understand something intellectually and still repeat the same patterns. This approach works from the bottom up, starting with the nervous system. Many people find it complements therapy.

We understand the hesitation. When you have invested time and hope into approaches that did not create lasting change, it makes sense to be careful. What we observe is that most approaches address only one level of where trauma is stored. This work integrates multiple levels and follows a specific sequence—safety before processing.
