PROFESSIONAL MASTERY STARTS WITH YOUR OWN HEALING
Experience the journey as a professional to build your tool-kit and better understand how to work with your clients
As a healing professional, you understand that your own nervous system regulation and parts work mastery form the foundation of your practice. Whether you are a therapist, coach, doctor, or wellness professional, the quality of your healing directly shapes your ability to hold space for others.
The Foundational Journey provides both personal healing and professional development. You’ll experience the process yourself while learning how to facilitate similar practices with clients through this program—the 21-Day Journey and All Parts of Me.
THE FOUNDATIONAL JOURNEY
start now!
The program combines two powerful experiences—21 days of learning safety in your body, followed by parts work through personal integration.

A 6-week, structured, science-based program for safely opening stored trauma.
This journey begins with the 21-Day Journey to Calm Aliveness, where you'll teach your body safety, support, and expansion through daily somatic practices and live group sessions.
It continues with All Parts of Me, guiding you deeper into authentic self-awareness through video lessons, live mentor sessions, and intimate small group support.
All sessions are recorded, so you can participate on your own schedule.
