THE BIOLOGY OF TRAUMA® APPROACH TO HEALING
Addressing trauma at the biological, not just psychological level
Trauma changes your biology—from mitochondria to nervous system to immune function. That’s why healing requires more than talk or awareness. It integrates somatic work, parts work, and biology repair tools to resolve trauma stored in the body.
Dr. Aimie combines expertise in neurobiology, attachment theory, epigenetics, somatic and parts work, lab work, and polyvagal theory into practical programs that are easy to apply. Each course provides a clear sequence of tools that honors your body’s natural capacity to heal and creates lasting transformation.
