BIOLOGY OF TRAUMA® ON-DEMAND COURSES
Science-based trauma healing through step-by-step courses & trainings.
The Biology of Trauma® offers programs that address trauma at the root—your biology. Through functional medicine, somatic practices, and parts work, our courses help individuals and practitioners release stored trauma and restore regulation.

THE BIOLOGY OF TRAUMA® APPROACH TO HEALING
Addressing trauma at the biological, not just psychological, level.
Trauma changes your biology—from mitochondria to nervous system to immune function. That’s why healing requires more than talk or awareness. The Biology of Trauma® integrates somatic work, parts work, and biology repair tools to resolve trauma stored in the body.

Dr. Aimie combines expertise in neurobiology, attachment theory, epigenetics, somatic and parts work, lab work, and polyvagal theory into practical programs that are easy to apply. Each course provides a clear sequence of tools that honors your body’s natural capacity to heal and creates lasting transformation.
Learn Somatic Experiencing by Doing It
For 7 days, I guide you through a new exercise each day—no theory, just practice. Your body learns through experience, not information.

This isn't about watching or reading. You're actually doing the work. You have 4 weeks to complete the 7 days, which means you can repeat the exercises multiple times. Some people go through it 3 or 4 times to really let their nervous system learn.
