I offer coaching that is designed to help people develop the ability to self-regulate their nervous system. I do that through coaching that takes the 3-pronged approach to include biology (integrative nutrition coaching), somatic work and parts work. In addition for those who are open to the archetypes of astrology, we can work specifically with those archetypes in the parts work that we do.
