Services:
I help midlife women realign new relationships with food and eating and gain the calm and confidence they desire to age gracefully.
I create customized wellness roadmaps that address nervous system imbalances, calming the gut and mind, and letting go of restrictive dieting.
I have successfully completed the Professional, Advanced, and Mastery Courses within Dr. Aimie’s Biology of Trauma® Advanced Professional Training Program. I maintain an ongoing mentorship with Dr. Aimie and concurrently provide mentorship to the current cohorts of the 2024 class. I was previously mentored by Liz Lipski, PhD, Professor and Director of Academic Development for the Nutrition and Integrative Health Program at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Additionally, I have received mentorship from Deanna Minich, PhD, a nutritional scientist, author, and health educator, in her Food & Spirit Certification program.
My processes encourage embracing food as a powerful tool for change, and reframing current challenges as opportunities for expansion.
