I offer services in specialized nervous system education and somatic-based trauma healing for individuals through on-line sessions for people located anywhere. I also host on-farm events centered on slowing down, self-reflection, music, and movement, where the land can work its healing magic. Events include experiencing things like "earth chairs" and nap time in the barn. In addition, I offer a program called "How to be Human at Work", where you and your co-workers can learn simple tools to regulate your nervous systems and manage triggers while at work. These workshops increase empathy and help address communication problems.
