I serve people who are struggling with the chaos of life along with those who tend to get stuck in their head. I come alongside clients meeting them where they are at today. We work together to build body awareness and gently move into stuck places. I bring in attachment based practices to encourage clients to explore stuck places through somatic and parts work while keeping the biology of trauma in mind.
