My sessions are interactive and focused on your needs, allowing you to identify your goals while we work together to attain them. I incorporate psychoeducation about the nervous system and the body based off of what they are experiencing while also integrating parts work, somatics, EMDR and other various therapeutic modalities that are evidenced based.
