I have an online and in-person practice specializing in trauma-informed brain-body-movement therapies. I offer Somatic Psychotherapy and Hands-on NeuroMovement® sessions. I have over 25 years of hands-on somatic experience helping adults, children and infants heal and re-shape their nervous systems.
