I work my my clients 1:1, I have a group healing program, and a safe somatics class that I teach virtually on Zoom. I specialize in deep-get-to-the-root emotional healing to address the root cause of chronic pain and illness. I support clients with stopping the mental and emotional spirals that come with battling physical health challenges and the hopelessness they feel around not being able to get answers.
